The constant f/1.8 aperture makes this lens incredibly versatile for low-light shooting, and the bokeh is surprisingly smooth for a zoom. It’s a solid upgrade from my old kit lens, even if the bulk took a day to get used to.

Sigma 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens

The dual spirit level on the ball head made leveling shots a breeze, even on uneven ground. I also love that the centre column unscrews into a monopod—two tools in one for the price of one. The carry case keeps everything organized and protected.

Tripod Monopod Combo with Ball Head

The 24-200mm zoom range covers everything from wide street scenes to tight details without me ever swapping lenses, and the 20.1MP sensor handles low light surprisingly well for such a tiny body. Focus is snappy enough that I’ve caught moving subjects mid-stride without fussing with settings.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII

Walked around a rainy city all afternoon with this on my camera and the OS really held up—I got sharp shots at 1/15s that would've been blurry messes on my old kit lens. The zoom ring is a bit stiff at first, but it loosened up nicely, and the compact build means it doesn't tip my bag over like my last telephoto did.

Sigma 17-50mm F/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens Nikon Mount

The bokeh at f/1.4 is stunningly smooth, and the build feels like it was machined for a movie set rather than a stills camera. I've been shooting wide open all week and the focus ring's dampened rotation is just a joy to work with manually.
